After spending some time on the forums and in the car I realized that's it's not always so easy to understand what everyone is talking about. You'll come across acronyms and abbreviations and not always be sure of what they are. As I come across them I'll add them here in hopes of helping new members to the Audi community understand what we are all talking about.

A/C - Air Conditioning
ACC - Adaptive Cruise Control (Cruise control that adapts and maintains distance in traffic)
A/F - Air/Fuel (Ratio of fuel and air mixed together)
AHHA - Automatic Hill Hold Assist. (Available to ROW cars to hold the car when stopped on hills.)
APS - Advanced Parking system (Back up sensors and camera)
B
B8 - Car platform (Specifically the 2008 and up A4, A5 and Q5 variants)
C
CCS - Cruise Control System
CH/LH - Coming Home / Leaving Home (Function that turns the lights on and off for entering the vehicle when it's dark)
D
DTC - Diagnostic Trouble Code
DTM - Diagnostic Trouble Mode

ECM - Electronic Control Module
ECU - Electronic Control Unit
EPC - Electronic Power Control

Hidden Menu - Refers to a menu on the MMI that is not normally accessible unless activated
HUD - Heads Up Display (Found in the hidden menu but not an option on the A4)

LHD - Left Hand Drive
M
MIL - Malfunction Indicator Lamp
N
NA - North America (Normally used to indicate a car or options exclusive to North America)
O
OBD - On Board Diagnostics (You use the ODB Port in the car to plug into diagnostic equipment)
P
R
RDK - German Translation for TPM (Tire Pressure Monitor)
RHD - Right Hand Drive
ROW - Rest of World (Used to describe non North American Cars)
RVC - Rear View Camera (Backup Camera)
T
TCM - Transmission Control Module
TPM(S) - Tire Pressure Monitoring System
V
Vag Com - See VCDS
VCDS - Vag Com Diagnostic Software (Created by Ross-Tech. Used with a special cable to change programming on Audi's and VW's.)
VIN - Vehicle Identification Number
W
WOT - Wide Open Throttle (Foot to floor so to speak)
